Anyone willing to share any dry rub and wet mop recipes to help a smoking novice out?

here's the rub I use most often:
(I usually at least double it to make sure I have enough)

    3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    3 Tbsp Turbinado Sugar
    3 Tbsp Coarse Salt
    1 Tbsp Sweet Paprika
    1 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
    1 Tsp Cheyenne Pepper
    1 Tsp Garlic Powder
    1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
    1/2 Tsp Cumin

    for glaze:
    1/3 cup honey
    1/4 cup BBQ sauce
    1/4 cup apple juice
    1/8 cup cider vinegar
    1/8 cup bourbon

Combine ingredients and wisk together well. Paint on ribs every 10 to 15 minutes during the last hour of cooking for a nice, shiny glaze.

meant to note, if you don't want to use/don't have bourbon ... you can actually sub in dr pepper -- which works very, very well.

    Those ribs look unreal good.
I grill everyday in our house.
Tomorrow we are smoking a pork butt for Monday.

be careful grilling IN the house. i heard that's dangerous!

HAHAHAH!!! We don't grill IN the house. I should have phrased that as, AT our house.
