    I tried avoiding wheat for a bit.

    For lunch I popped a sweet potato in the oven for an hour, then put the flesh in a lunch box mixed with peanut butter and added two eggs baked in cupcake cases (you could boil instead) and some salad, usually to make a smiley face with the eggs as eyes :laugh:

    Hmm sounds interesting I might have to try that with a regular potato.. I'm not a big fan of Sweet Potato. That is very interesting though thanks for that. Can you explain the Flesh and peanut butter and the baked eggs a little more?
