    I am going to do two 5k's this month (one I did yesterday) for walk/run intervals. I will also do training walks/runs 1-2 times a week to lead up to this. My next one of Sept 29th!

    This is on added to my working out 6 days as I usually do but shaking things up a bit!

    I would love to join in! I just recently completed C25K & I am preparing to run two 5K races this month!

    My goal for this month is 30 miles & I have already completed 6 of those 30! :smile:

    Finally got back on the road today! Haven't run since Monday and it felt great to finally get back out there. If I can keep up my ten miles a week pace, I'll be on target to meet my 40 miles in September. Hope everyone else is doing great. Keep it up, and keep me posted of your progress!

    Coming in on this late -- I'm just starting back to running, so my personal goal for the rest of Sept is 25 miles.

    It's never too late :). Got a quick 3 mile run in this morning so I don't feel so guilty eating out later after an IMAX movie.

    Today, I ran 2.6 miles ... so for this week (9/2-9/8) I've logged 2.6 miles. LOL

    My goal for next week is 8 miles!

    Broke a record today! I ran 3.5 miles in 37 minutes! I am on a roll. September 10th and I am halfway to my goal! Thanks for checking in, I'm looking at your goals and progress and thinking about how awesome you are :). We can do this together!!!

    I'm going to join you guys on this one.
    I'm not sure what to set my target at as I'm just returning to running again.
    I will log my mileage for this month and then I can set a goal next month.

    9/04 - 2.10 mi
    9/06 - 2.10 mi (4.20 mi)
    9/08 - 2.10 mi (6.30 mi)
    9/11 - 2.14 mi (8.44 mi)
    9/13 - 2.07 mi (10.51 mi)

    I'm increasing my goal to 30 miles, because that's an even 10 mi/week and I think that's doable!

    Checking in! It's been a few days :). About halfway through the month and I am at 27 miles. Think I am on track to break that 40 mile mark. Next month I am aiming for 50! Hope everyone is doing well with their goals! Let me know how you are doing!

    Went for a short run today! I needed to make a quick trip to the grocery store, which is about half a mile away. Instead of driving, I threw on a backpack and jogged there, and then did the jog home with my groceries on my back.

    9/8 - 2.61 mi
    9/12 - 3.15
    9/14 - 2.0 mi
    9/15 - 1.17 mi

    Total so far: 8.93 miles

    September goal: 30 miles

    Sep 15 - 2km walk

    Total = 26.0 kms toward goal of 30kms

    This week 10 miles, last week 8 miles. 18 miles=12 to go--maybe I will up my goal???

    Did my regular run this morning, 3.74 miles there, and then the kids' running club had me running laps. It was fantastic!
