There are so many wonderful comments that I can't respond to everyone indivually but please know I have read them all and I am so surprised that so many people are seeing the difference and supporting me. I keep reading them to my husband. Thank you all again and again!! I will also try to post new pics first of October.

Awesome job! You should be proud of your progress so far! I hope that your sugar levels are normal; I know how diabetes can be so destructive. Both my parents had it, my mom passed away due to complications. But, you're doing great!0

Keep up your hard work and determination, it's definitely paying positive results. Please keep us informed as far as internally as well. That is the sobering part. We tend to be visual and base our decisions on that, but more importantly is the unseen. High Blood Pressure is often referred to as the silent killer (i do believe). Certainly you have many stressors contributing to your health issues, but our weight wreaks havoc. I really hope to continue strong, reminding myself of that, when long held bad habits knock. Your pictures are great. Keep smiling! So many of us can identify and know how challenging this all can be , but like yourself we all want to succeed. With a supportive network like this, hopefully we will!0
