How do you cook meals with crazy work schedule?

Planning is key--I sit down with the calendar so I remember who has appointments, lessons, games, practices and consider when to 'cook once to eat twice'. It's easy to put something into the crockpot in the morning for those days when you're dragging after work. Also, the best fast food I've found is a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store. There's not much faster than couscous--boil water or stock and then let it sit for 5 minutes. I like to cook it with the stock I make from the bones of the rotisserie chicken.0
