Not my first time...

So I used a combo of MFP, the 17 day diet, and C25K for a successful 4 moths and close to 40 lbs lost. Then summer came. And a new boyfriend. My summer job is demanding. But the fact of the matter is I got lazy...and my boyfriend and I had AWFUL eating habits. After stepping on the scale and gaining almost half og what I lost back in my 3 month hiatus...I NEED TO GET BACK ON TRACK. So if anyone is using one or a combo of the above and would like some support...add me!!! :) GOOD LUCK ON YOUR JOUNREY!!

    but i was almost at perfection and then wham! bam! too much beer/junk thank you ma'am. and i'm back where i started.
