    Truly one of the most amazing transformations I've ever seen, on MFP or anywhere else for that matter! You have blown the myth of not being able to lose weight after age 40 right out of the water! Being over 50 myself, I understand the challenges of what you've accomplished at your age--but only 56 pounds worth. Phenomenal, and you are an inspiration!
