pyrimid schems are illigel and they dont have product and they just partnered with biggest loser in addition Dr Oz has backed this.
My eyes. They bleed.
Pyramid schemes are not illegal:
Mary Kay
Pampered Chef
Scentsy
Cutco
Aloette, etc.
These are all companies who use (to the best of my knowledge, please correct if I'm wrong) a pyramid type plan. Products from these companies aren't all that bad (depending on the company). It's just a marketing plan that profits those who have people signed up under them.
Doesn't necessarily mean it's bad or illegal.
You could benefit from some education.

Pyramid schemes are definitely illegal. What you're referring to is Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), which are basically pyramid schemes with an actual product, which makes them just shy of illegal. If you're going to make sarcastic posts insinuating that other people are stupid, you might want to get your information and terminology correct.
Calm yo tits.
Yes, I did not know there was an actual difference between Pyramid Schemes and MLM, as people have referred to them as one and the same trying to get me to NOT sign up to sell Pampered Chef when I did sell that for a month.
Where was my sarcasm? Where did I state that I ABSOLUTELY was stating facts? Nowhere. I even included (if you read my post at all) to "correct me if I'm wrong," which you so enjoyed doing in a very condescending way.
I thank you for the information. I do not claim to know everything (or even a fraction of everything) and it is good to learn at least a few new things every day. I do NOT thank you for your assumption of my character.0 -

Ok. Everyone go home. We have a winner of the thread! lol0 -
this is entertaining. Bump0

Just to clarify for everyone - Yes advertising is again forum rules. However I see no advertising or links to people selling anything in this thread. We do no mind people inquiring about such products as long as they are not trying to sell them. These post will remain as they are not trying to sell anything just stating their stories and asking questions about these products.
If it said "here is the link to buy from me, I am a coach, sales person, and user, www.buymybodyshrinkingshakes.com, mention Scott for a 10% discount" This would be a clear violation.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Scott

I was under the impression that comments like 'add me or message me Id be more than happy to share more about it!', especially while singing the praises in quite such a vociferous manner was against the rules. The OP is not the issue, but one of the posts does do this.
Wholy post police. Youre going to argue with the moderators about what is against the forum rules? LOL! Moooooove on. Sheesh!

Seriously though, the problem is that people think that the shakes "work". You would get the same results eating *gasp* REAL FOOD rather than drinking these stupid things. If you're only using them because you're too lazy to cook breakfast in the morning, then sure, go for it.
If you're using it for weight loss then it's really a huge waste of money. Buy some food, eat and enjoy. These shakes are nothing more than a filler for people who are too lazy to get in the kitchen and cook a meal.0 -
friend of my used this. drank two a day, ate one small meal, and exercised and she got gastric ulcers..0

Last time I heard of someone drinking their meals was on the TV show 'Intervention'. And she had to go to rehab for an eating disorder.
Why not just have a feeding tube put in if you are going to waste a ton of money on liquid nutrition rather than having the SAME success by eating a balanced diet?0 -
Every time I see/hear Visalus, I think Viagra+Cialis. o.O
LMAO!!!!0 -

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company, what it stands for and the products! I have lost 100lbs and have kept it off. I recently started using visalus and have lost an additional 23! It has changed my life completely. I recommend it to EVERYONE! Take action today!!
Funny how you say that seeing as one of your other posts states that you yourself sell it. No wonder you say it works and "recommend" it to everyone.0 -

It's as if there is a pattern here...0 -
One of my coworkers is a promoter for Body by Vi and she has tried to get me and some others involved with the program or to buy the products. It's very expensive and a rip off. Another coworker and I just make our own protein shakes for breakfast and lunch, will do an Insanity workout, have a little protein/almond milk shake after the work out, and then we eat a dinner and snacks if we are still hungry. With doing Insanity, I'll earn an extra 800 calories so I'm able to eat whatever I want and still net around 1200 for the day. This is much cheaper then Body by Vi.0

Agreed, girl at work did the same thing. She was using it, didn't lose anything and kept trying to sell it to us. I told her it was a scam, waste of money, etc.
I ended up moving to a different location, went down there and what a shocker...shes not doing the shakes anymore and hasn't lost a pound.0 -

So the fact that I already get up at 5am for my 75 minute commute to work in the morning, am not normally very hungry first thing and prefer to drink a quick shake for breakfast instead of making "real food", and choose to drink another shake at lunch at my desk because I use my lunch hour to work out instead of socialize and eat crap for lunch like most of the people I work with makes me LAZY?!? Give your head a shake lady. Stop judging people for choosing to do something different than what you do.0 -

They're for convenience. Why would you choose to drink a shake rather than eat an actual balanced lunch? You don't have to 'eat crap' or socialize.0 -
I'm not "too lazy" to make food. Thanks for the judgment though, that's great. I make food for dinner, and snacks. And I'm a great cook, and a great baker. I happen to like the shakes.0
