Duck if it is prepared the right way is delicious, but I rarely have it.

I love all meat  but eat shrimp, chicken and beef most often.

Not necessarily my favorite but I eat a lot of chicken. I really like cod fillets either baked/broiled or steamed in the microwave if I'm feeling lazy. I buy the raw frozen shrimp and stir-fry it with shirataki noodles and sometimes a scrambled egg as well - it only takes a minute or two and the shrimp stays tender compared to the precooked stuff. While I love scallops, I fail at cooking them correctly. And of course, I'd be shanked if I didn't mention bacon.

If I had my druthers, I'd pick a really flavorful pork steak/roast or pulled pork. I have thus far managed to resist the urge to ask the server at Chipotle to just give me all the carnitas they have. There are very few meats I DON'T like, but anything that's overcooked, bland, or overly salty gets an F. As much as I love my dad and grandma and their overall cooking abilities, they are/were masters at cooking a roast or ham until it could be ground into a fine powder with your fingers.

    Chicken and Fish!
    Boneless, skinless chicken breast
    Salmon, tilapia or flounder

Seasoned to perfection of course. Mostly with different varieties of peppers so it's not too much sodium!

in seriousness, then, for me it depends where i am:
    california - tri tip
hawaii - mahi mahi (as sushi sashimi, it melts on ur tongue! or blackened with capers & lemon sauce)
alaska - wild salmon (i love it especially smoked)
wisconsin - buffalo or wild bison... dang they know how to do it!
southern cali - clams in clam chowder
upstate new york - crab legs & lobster

Fish.....love it and would eat it daily if my husband would let me:-) But chicken is a close second!

"Husband would let you"? I have NO woman in my family that would make a statement like that. I think the men are too lazy to bother.
