I love eggs! The trick to getting the nutrients is to cook them slow!0

Everyone that is worried about their cholesterol, just take a little time and Google some information. Eggs are good for you.0

To throw out some fancy sounding jargon
Dietary cholesterol has little to no affect on serum cholesterol levels.
Ya got ninj'd.
I don't eat them any more I've stopped eating eggs because I've been skipping breakfast for ages. When I do have them in the house I LOVE eating pickled boiled eggs.0 -
Every day for breakfast. I suggest eating them as a snack, boil a half dozen and keep them in the fridge - much healthier than a bag of chips.0

Good thing my work has a salad bar with hard boiled eggs0

Instead of boiling them I put them in a muffin pan and bake eggs in the oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes them sooooo easy to peel and the taste is much better as you don't chance runny whites or dealing with the messy shell. I also suggest eating them with a Middle Eastern spice called Za'tar (any Middle Eastern store carries it). It tastes out of this world especially if you add deli cured black olives or cured black olives.0

I eat eggs everyday. I hard-boil them, poach them in my oatmeal, scramble, fry...it's ALL GOOD0

I just figured out the nutrition in one egg and its actually very nutritious. For under 90 calories you get a satisfying snack and a good amount of protein(also low Carb)., It's relatively good once in a while- which is because of the high cholesterol in the yolk.0

I don't buy into the cholesterol thing. Eggs are a perfect protein, I eat them every day. No cholesterol issues here.0 -
I always keep a stock of hard boiled chicken eggs and hard boiled duck eggs in my fridge. The latter are higher in calories and fat, but are incredibly filling and more tasty(to me) than chicken eggs.0

I like to drink my eggs! RAWR!0

I keep a bowl of boiled eggs in my refrigerator also, however I eat mostly egg whites as a snack which are very low in calories and fat since most of the calories and fat are in the yoke. I occasionally eat the whole egg but just the egg white is a very good snack and works for me. Just another idea of if you are afraid of eating too many due to cholestrol.0
