In west Philadelphia born and raised, on the playground is where I spent most of my days, chillin' out, maxin', relaxing all cool, and shooting some b-ball outside of the school, when a couple of guys who were up to no good, started making trouble in my neighbour, i got in one little fight and my mum got scared, and said you're moving with your Aunty and Uncle in Bel-Air!

  • Erie, Pennsylvania, USA

    English, Spanish
  • Newport, Wales, UK. Native language is NOT Welsh, and I can't even speak or understand it, since that has only been trendy for the last 10 years or so.

The town is descending rapidly into a calendar of festivals, organised by the local authority in a futile attempt to stop the rot, which is unstoppable now since even Marks & Spencer are moving out of the high street. Oddly, coffee shops are popping up all over the place, we now have 4 major chains including Starbucks. That's an oxymoron if ever there was one - gong to Starbucks for a coffee.

We have a food festival coming up. Really? In a town whose signature dish is cheese and chips (fries)? I'll be there, staying away wouldn't help. However, ploughing all that money into cheaper rent for shopkeepers would. Doh.
