One food you can't resist?

I can resist most things on a daily basis depending on the day. However, when I go back to the US once or twice a year (from the UK) there are soooo many things that I miss while in the UK that I struggle to resist: bbq beef ribs (especially from Claim Jumper Mmmmm), burger from Red Robin & the thick reeses peanut butter cups. There are loads more but you get the picture lol. I am going 'home' in November so must stay well on track between now and then!0

I'm a dairy fiend. I could live on cheese and creamy things. Unfortunately, that's not too healthy. I try to eat smaller portions of my dairy goodies so I don't feel totally deprived.0

Chips, Chips, Chips! But I only have them about once a week and I eat pop chips now which are significantly healthier but still satisfy my cravings for them. Less than 500cal per bag vs 1700cal so a lot easier to work them into my daily goals.0

Ice cream. I've just learned that if I do buy it, I buy bars or I buy pints and can eat one "layer", then i have to put it away. A layer is insert spoon about halfway down and spoon out and eat. Then eat the remaining circle at that depth. As you get father down the container, the serving gets smaller, though;-)
And green beans. Only ones I've not like are the weird freeze dried ones.0 -
