    Hi there! I'm from Ontario Canada too and I just joined yesterday! I read about this site in Women's World magazine and it just clicked for some reason! I think it'll work with this one since you're forced into tracking everything that you eat down so it'll make you stop and think twice before eating that piece of cheesecake and stuff! The community board is also very good and helps to see other normal people in the same boat as you. Good luck to both of you!
