As far as detoxing goes, its good for you to sweat a lot. When I started losing weight and working out a lot, i would leave a residue of sodium and such on anything I got sweat on. Now after a couple months, my sweat is barely salty.
I wont do a juice only diet either. But what I do do is eat very few processed foods. Fruits, veggies, whole grains (cherios and oat meal), plain salad, and lean meat.
Detoxing is just like weight loss dietting, if its not a change in lifestyle, it wont stick.0 -
WHOLE FOODS AND WATER WATER WATER WATER...........I have a meal plan that contains no "juicing" no "drugs" NO LAXITIVES......I smile everytime I read it0
