What are your "crack foods?"

Mine are:

Potato chips
Cheese
Peanut butter
Chocolate
Skittles
teddy grahams (yes, weird but I love those stupid bear cookies!)
Reese's PB cups

It's so bad that I can't have chips or regular peanut butter in the house. Major trigger foods! I can control myself with the other foods pretty much even though I love them!

What are yours?

    My trigger foods are:

    Pizza
    French fries
    Mexican restaurant chips and salsa
    Movie popcorn

I crave salty, fatty stuff. I can pass on cookies/candy/cake!

This will only probably make sense to those who have spent time in Cincinnati, Ohio....I lived there most of my life until this summer when we moved to Florida.

And I am kind of thankful that there are only 5 in Florida and at least a few hours from my new house....

    but...SKYLINE CHILI.

Coke and Potato chips. I will open and consume a whole bag or whole can of Pringles in the blink of an eye. I will also down 100+ oz of Coca Cola or Cherry Coke of the waitress keeps refilling my glass.

YUPPPP that's us! My super skinny daughter is always asking if we can get it but I just can't! Plus, I work at the airport where there is a Gold Star (not quite as good) but soooo tempting smelling it everyday! :grumble:

    Long list:
pizza (I try to make my own now to cut down calories)
    cheese
    crisps/chips
    pistachios
    raisins in white choco
    dried fruit
    sweets

I guess both salty and sweet are my problematic food, lol. Or should I say cr*p? :D
