This will only probably make sense to those who have spent time in Cincinnati, Ohio....I lived there most of my life until this summer when we moved to Florida.

And I am kind of thankful that there are only 5 in Florida and at least a few hours from my new house....

    but...SKYLINE CHILI.

    ;-))

YES!! Raised in Cincinnati on cheese coneys and 3 ways. Nothing better in my opinion.

buffalo wings and french fries. Followed closely by a huge rib eye steak.
  • Buffalo Chicken Pizza with Bleu Cheese to dip every bite in.

McDonalds - specifically Double Quarter Pounders.

Oh and anything that says Haagen Dazs on it.

    Trigger foods:
    Cookies (nutter butters & oreos)
Nutella (the Jiff brand is the best... it's wayyy too rich..)
    Ice cream
Candy bars (twix, milky way, ....chocolate is just way to tempting!)

I've learned to handle some of these in moderation, but it's harder. I have a big sweet tooth. I like making sugar free hot chocolate or something lower calorie when I crave something. Or just drinking a lot of water.
  • Oh god. Pizza, calzones, eggplant parm, anything with lots of cheese. Anything chocolate as well.

Sushi ... the only thing I can truly eat until I am so stuffed I feel sick, but I still want more.
And my dad's home-made clam dip recipe with Lay's potato chips. Can eat a whole batch all by my lonesome!

Popcorn. popcorn. And popcorn. Home popped, with oil in the pan on the stovetop. Cheesy salt.
carve out my own little 2 cup portion in my own little bowl? well yes, I try, but when it's gone I still find myself on the couch next to the other 15 cups popped for the rest of my family. Maybe they just need to eat their share faster....

Potato chips -- any kind - I'll even eat flavors I don't like, in a pinch. Can't have them around.
