30 Day Shred Starting Today

I have been doing it for a while now. But, I bore really easily. So, I can't do it 30 days straight. (I'll work out 30 days straight - just not the same workout. No can do.) I'm on Level 3 and sometimes I do Level 3 then 2 back-to-back. I also will do "Extreme Shred and Shed". Something that works for me is to keep my runners nearby. As soon as I'm done with the shred I head outside for a power walk. My heart is already pumping SO fast, I get a lot of extra calorie burn by just tacking on a half-hour walk. It helps me cool down too.
I patted my tummy this morning and said "Thanks Jillian". I don't have any pictures. But, my little 4-pack is getting closer to a 6 pack. And, my belly button almost stands up on it's own now. :O)0 -

I'm going onto level 2 today and I am super nervous.
In two weeks I have only lost 5lbs but I can see a difference in my tummy from photos.
I'm a little disappointed that there hasn't been a bigger difference but I'm going to go until day 20 then take more photos.0
