I thought they were 0 points plus value. I could not find by googling and it says they are 3 points for a half cup! Is this really true?

Yes, they are between 70 and 100 calories per half cup, its according to how they are fixed. They are good for you though, lots of protein and no saturated fat.0

Ah well. I love them and will find some way to have them, even "just" half a cup:)0

Food, especially whole from the earth food, is not the enemy. BEP are good for us. We need calories to survive so do not be afraid to eat them. Just do not make them with a half a cup of bacon grease like my momma would. :happy:0 -

^ basically. Try chickpeas too! They're delicious. Higher in calories, but essential good fats are in them0 -
This is MFP - if you're doing it you need to count calories, not WW points... but enjoy your black eyed peas, just make sure they're within your goals.0
