Easy. My own fully-equipped gym, complete with indoor & outdoor running tracks.
Heaven.
Need not be owned nor ran by me, just proximate and a good environment.
What saddens me is that there's actually a decent chunk of land (big enough to house a great gym) for sale almost adjacent to my house, and it'll probably get turned into a shop or a fast food joint. That and my local football field could benefit from a running track (tons of people run there, and I think our local councillors should get on it and put one in there), and a basketball/tennis court. Plenty of space.

(the foreclosed home was a house that my dad took in the divorce and never took her name off like he was supposed too he passed away and she was stuck with it)

I would buy the world a coke and a smile... if I can't ahve that, then i would try to buy Jessical Beil on some kinda black market hollywood starlet scheme, and if that won't happen, then I would go with the man version of the barbie dream house... pool, hot tub, game room with pinball machines, pool table, 80 inch Plasma/lcd... and so on0
