Boobs aren't everything. Be happy with your body; embrace the figure you have. Do some weight training to perk up what you have. You're not disproportionate. I too am 5'2" and small chested. Flaunt your assets; don't over emphasize what you feel you lack. I have great legs...I show them off; I have a tiny waist (you bet I wear a bikini (and I'm over 40). You can find clothes that play up your best features and do not broadcast what you feel you're lacking (notice I say what you feel). No one has a perfect body and no one has perfect self confidence. Learn to be comfortable in your own skin....

here, here! I went from a C to a B after losing 24 lbs. :( But I bought a cute bra that fits good and it made me feel better to wear something that isn't huge in that area. It does get me down from time to time though, but oh well, I'm healthier now then I was then.. that extra cup was just fat anyway.
  • I am mid-journey in my weight loss.. I've lost about 20 lbs and want to lose another 20 or so. When I started I was busting out of a 36DD, and now I am a large 36C. I'd like to lose a little more! I'd like to be able to wear button up shirts and other such things... Do whatever makes you feel good, but also try to embrace your body!
  • that would be nice.. i never have had big boobs but at least had a bit of something, now i have nearly nothing! i know not all guys like big boobs and that's not even the point. I am happily married :) it's me, my self confidence... i figured i would of went back to what i had which was only a full A cup anyway, but i never thought i would lose that and can't even fill out a A cup now.... you think i would feel great being back to me normal size and all but now i feel self confident on that area... sigh, i will never be happy i guess...
Have you checked to see if you need a lower band size? Just a thought, as that was the case for me. All my 36Bs were too big, my boobs were just sitting in there, not even but barely touching the cup. It was very frustrating (had been as high as 36C)... I went in to get a couple new bras because I couldn't take it anymore... Found that I had dropped down to a 34 (which I hadn't been since before having kids, the first of which is 19 now)... But not a 34B, a 34C, which supposedly correlates to a 36B as well, but the 36s don't fit me right, the cups gap at the top. The 34C fits me perfectly.

Beyond that, I guess I would say, if the money is there, maybe look at getting a new pair? I'm going to look into it for myself.

Something similar happened to me. I was at a 42 DDD at my absolute biggest, then dropped down to a 40 DD. My 40 DD bras started fitting me weirdly, and upon doing the measurements again I discovered I'm a 38 DDD? Which should correlate to 40 DD, according to the rules of bras, but doesn't at all. :P

That said yeah I've lost some boobage but I'm obviously still on my way down ... I'm not even sure how much else is going to go, considering I've been overweight (and busty) all my life.

Great job on hitting your goal. Love who you are with what you have. If you had size D your back would hurt and men would only have conversations with your chest. Really

So Jealous! I WISH I was an A cup. Or completely flat chested! I think that look is so sexy. I am a 36D. I hope every single day that my weight loss will result in smaller boobage. I say embrace what you have- you are free to go bra less, no underwires! No under the boob sweat!

In total agreement! I always wanted those cute tiny boobs you could run on the beach with! Wish I could give you some of mine....

I prefer smaller ones - they typically come with a hot body and sexy legs. Most guys are not going to care how big they are, especially if you are good looking and fun to be around.

    implants
  • work out question? what was your work out routine? I know running usually make everything Goooooo! Whether you want to lose it or not. But they say, if you do some weight lifting exercises it might pump up the boob area. But I realize with lots of Cardio, Cardio, Cardio, the boobs might leave with the fat burning...I guess the body can't tell the difference with fat and this might be why our 'fatty tissue' in our chest/breasts shrink. I hope I can keep what I have up top, but my belly has to go! Lol ..Look on the brighter side, you reached your goal weight! Yayyy!

Meh....boobs are over rated anyway. I like not having big boobs (even if I joke about missing my boobs).

They do not hurt, perky, not in the way, XS top fit great.

buy a padded push up bra they look good and way more comfortable than breast implants! Big boobs are not as important as health, that used to happen when I was younger, I am 46 now don't worry they quit shrinking after awhile and then they droop---just enjoy them!

There is more to life than cup size. work on your self esteem for a year before you drop $$ on a boob job to impress men who 'only like big boobs' or to look how you feel you should look in clothes. I don't agree one bit that all men only love big boobs and I think that statement is silly. Maybe all the men you know- but I personally kow men who are put off by big boobs and prefer athletic women, runner type bodies. I also know men who refer curvy, buxom women. Different strokes for different folks! also, I think you are beautiful just the way you are and you should be damned proud of what you accomplished, and ...

don't let society dictate what YOU should find acceptable or attractive.

happened to me to. I went from over 160 to 123 and my boobs are A cup now. they have never been more than B but now they are really tiny. Oh well ... I prefere tiny boobs and small waist than big boobs and big belly. Plus, small boobs stay percky even when you age. It's a benefit I guess :) Enjoy them!

My younger sister always hated her ample breasts and tragically she died of breast cancer age 41, she made me promise that I would never put myself down ever again, because nothing lasts forever and there is no gaurentee on anything---sorry so melancholoy just kinda of depressed today.

    Boobs really arent that important.

I've had D cups and small B. I prefer small B. Which is what I am at right now. Small boobz are awesome.

I wish my boobs would go away. Actually they are shrinking. Buy some of those inserts, they look and feel real and are comfy.

It's ok.. You lose fat means you lose boobs as well. That's why fitness models always have their implants to compensate for thier fatloss. And don't worry much about the boobs, there are people who likes the butt better. :P
  • I have small boobs in general, but they shrink down to almost nothing when I'm getting ready for a competition. The way I look at it is that I miss my boobs, but the confidence that my rock-hard tummy gives me more than makes up for it! When I have the abs, and appear to have B's/C's due to some awesome push-up bras, I wouldn't trade my physique for anything!

Just be proud of where you've gotten yourself. Also, small boobs look more symmetrical on a small body, just love the assets you have - ex. I bet your butt looks a lot better now that you've achieved your weightloss goal! :)
  • I feel your pain! One word of advise... Victoria Secret! Dream Angel Bra. $50 but well worth the cost! :blushing:

thanks everyone ... since i never had much it's not the end of the world but it sure would be nice to have a little. I am so happy about my weight loss and couldn't be more proud that i did it, the healthy way!!!~ I just think it stinks that i have smaller ones then i did before i put on the 20lbs! that seems so wrong,lol... I would NOT want boobs for men or anything like that, it's for me... I am married and couldn't care less what other men think or what they think i look like, if i did get implants it would be ONLY for me and to make me more confident! only if they weren't so darn expensive. hubby doesn't care as i have always had small ones... but he understands how i feel. I know i fell great by the way i look, now i just need to tighten up....

oh and we don't have victoria secret here in canada, well in my city anyway, so i shop at la senza which is very similar and believe me i have those fancy push up bras and i feel so fake wearing them when they are that padded, it just doesn't feel right.... but i will take others suggestions and get measured correctly as i may need to move down band sizes, etc.. last time i bought a new bra in the spring i did just that and then i found i got that icky bra back fat from the straps, so i stayed the same size... but i did lose 10 more lbs since then, so maybe i can do it now?

And that's probably one of the best reasons to get them. It's my reason for getting them. Good luck to you, and hope you find your peace with it :flowerforyou:

yes we do. But we'd never get rid of a girl because she didn't have much ;)

I think what he meant to say is that all guys like big boobs, medium boobs, small boobs, and even those from the itty bitty tittie committee.

If its about how you look in clothing, they have bras that can give pretty much any look you desire. I dont think of that as false advertising and much as a fashion accessory. If you look at women in general, None of us are actually that rosy cheeked/lipped, tall, or blonde(or redheaded/brunette) as we appear to be. Take away the make-up, heels, and hair-dye and its all "false advertising."

The right guy will love you for you and think you are fabulous no matter what. If he doesnt, then he is not the right guy for you.

=( This happened to me the last time I lost alot of weight!... So this time, once I hit my goal and it happens, I'm prepared to get implants, took me years to finally be ok with the idea, but life is too short to spend feeling bad about yourself =)

thanks for being honest, that's what i have always though, but nice for one to come clean ;)

Lol, this is so not accurate. All men love BOOBS, but not all men love BIG boobs, and maaany are different (there's a reason why the terms "leg man" and "butt man" exist ;))

i lost 15lbs and two cup sizes :( i still look 'big' to most but its effected my self esteem in that area for SURE. It was the one area i never was self-conscious about.
