    IceP - Started tonight, yes, I am a little late. Picked up where I left off with WK3D1. Took your advice and downloaded the Robert Ullrey Podcast and love it already. Time seemed to fly by - nice. The music was upbeat also, which is good. Thanks again for the info - you may keep me motivated this year!

    I just have to share this with everyone... I had Chinese Food New Year's Eve - like some people to - okay a lot where I am from but, anyway- The fortune I got said, "A Refreshing Change is in your Future". I may just have to change my quote to this... I am going to think of this when I don't feel like working out and am sharing it with all of you to motivate you as well! I know how hard it can be..

    W3D2 for me and it was rough. Weighed a little up this week +.8. I know it's carried over from New Year's Eve or could be that dreaded TOM thing...anyhow, glad I did it and am going to continue on. Going to bed.

    WK3D3 DONE. yay! So glad I did this today. I really didn't feel like doing it but, made it. I should have done it yesterday but, didn't have the time. So glad I made time today. I need to keep this up. I will be doing something high intensity tomorrow also. Ate too much today, I think, we'll see.

    Did WK4D1 last night. It was so tough. I upped my speed on walk and run. Wasn't sure I was going to make it. Had a very hard time breathing but, whooh! I made it. Hope everyone is okay....

    I use the DJ Steve podcast. It's called first day to 5K but it's the C25k program. He uses tones to tell you when to change from walking to running. But if you don't like techno or house music you probably won't like his.

    I did W4D1 today and couldn't finish but that has been the usual on the first day. I will try again thurs. I need to work on my breathing too. I'm like, Lord where did the air go?
    So out of curosity, for those of you who use the podcasts. Does the DJ Steve pordcast "podrunner" have the C25K program in it somehow. I guess I am not sure which podcast to get that is geared towards C25K. It would be great to have one that tells me when to switch run to walk and vise versa. I just got an ipod nano this xmas. Any feedback would be good. Thanks,

    Can I join in? I started C25K after Thanksgiving, but fell off the wagon over the holidays. Just re-started today and started with Week 2. Felt good and I didn't puke or die! After skimming through these posts, I see that a lot of you use podcasts created by other people. Just thought I'd pass along the site I use: http://www.active.com/donate/tntntx/jeffwelch. It's instructions on how to create your own playlist in iTunes with your own music. It even has a 'ding' you can download to play inbetween songs. It's nice because you set the intervals so I just tweek it every week.

    Anyhoo - hope you don't mind if I join in. I need the motivation!

    Very cool. His download isnt working for me though so I;m doing it the old fashioned stop watch way on intunes.

    Finished Wk2Day2 today. It was harder than day1....think it was because my hubby was next to me on the elliptical and I might have been showing off a little bit :blushing: BUT I burned more calories and still got through it!

    How is everyone else doing?

    I am doing well. Was supposed to do C24K last night but ,didn't and tonight well, I ended up going over a friends house and had a few glass of wine and now it just feels to late to start. I will do it tomorrow night, though and then Sunday. I did do Monday this week. Does anyone skip over the day the normally are supposed to do this and just switch the days a bit?

    I lost 2.4 lbs. this week! So excited about that. I start Biggest Loser contest on Tuesday at the gym that's just down the road from where I work. Excited about that as well but, nervous. I am not a gym person by any means but, everyone tells me that this gym is the best but can get crowded. WE will see! Good luck everyone!
