That's one thing everyone who sees these pictures notice! I think it's funny. I never realized my tattoos got 'fat'.' I mean, yeah they stretched out when I was pregnant but still! It's funny to me.0 -

Thanks! I change my work outs up all the time. I gotta keep my body guessing. But I do moderate work outs. I try not to burn more than 200-400 calories on days I don't do crossfit. Crossfit days, I burn 500+.
I eat as clean as possible. My plate is a tiny portion of meat and then the rest is veggies. I eat healthy fats (almond butter, almonds, other nuts.) I follow the paleo zone eating plan but that is not for everyone. It is what works for me and makes me feel my best!0 -

I like to take progress pictures every 10 or so pounds now that I am almost to goal.
Today, I reached the 40 pound milestone! So excited and only 14 to go!
This picture is my ultimate before. It's hideous and I hate it, but I am not that person. That was at my highest weight. Around 220 or so.
The before in this picture, on the left, was when I started MFP on March 25th of this year. The after, on the right, is from this morning. It's unreal to me.
I am so thankful for this website and the motivation it gives me to try harder and eat better. I am pleased to say that my eating habits have completely changed. My endurance levels have increased 10x.
