Right now I'm a SAHM to 2 little ones but pre kids I worked as a vet tech.

I miss working with animals and the work was waaaaaaaaaay easier than running after a 2 year old all day! And yes, I love love love being a full time mommy!

I'm a GIS technician (essentially a Map Maker with computer skills).... I would like it more if I could make more maps. Or at least do something other than data entry.... you know like analysis of data (and yes, we can do that).

I'm a writer. My current paying gig is basically technical writer for a state agency, which is boring, but not awful. I used to be in journalism and I loved the work, but not the pay.

My goal is to be a novelist. That is my nonpaying "job" right now and I love it.

    Electrical Engineer.

Yep, it's a blast. I love designing stuff and then figuring out how to break it so it doesn't break in production.

I'm a financial advisor/planner with a global investment firm. I love my job most days. The days when it sucks (strangely enough) seem to coincide with the days when I spread high quantities of b!itchiness all over this site. *shrugs* Everyone needs an outlet.

I'm the executive assistant for a beer distributor. It's hard not to like my job :drinker:

I get to do different things pretty much every day, I have the world's most amazing bosses, our company REALLY cares about its employees (great benefits, etc), and is very established in the community so there are always really awesome perks. I HATED the job that I had before I got hired here, and I seriously got lucky beyond belief even getting my job....I am truly blessed!

CAD drafter/production coordinator in civil engineering...and yes, I love what I do. I've always loved construction, and there's just something awesome and powerful about seeing a building, a stretch of road, a runway, drainage structures, that wasn't there before - and I was part of that process. I draw the lines, build the models, then construction workers go make it happen.

ETA...forgot to actually give credit to the engineers who do the design. Thank you to my civil engineers for giving me a job I love and dirt to draw =)
