for my lunch today: pepper salad poppers!

mini sweet peppers (red and orange, 3-6 in long, top off & cored)
dollop of cream cheese spread inside
green onion
stuffed with spinach/turkey pepperoni/parm salad, chopped fine

no idea how many calories. don't care! i'm mad for peppers and mad for spinach and i'll take either of them any way i can--together they are unbeatable! bwawahaha
