Check out Mark's Daily Apple....... his thoughts on Paleo / Primal and he recommends a 70/30 or 80/20 balance so there is ALOT of compromise for just about anybody

Generally anything that promises rapid weight loss isn't sustainable (even if it does work) and you're likely to gain the weight right back again as soon as you eat normally. Slow and steady wins the race.0
