Yep... I had three for my current job. One with the hiring company, one with the bosses of the organization I now work for, and a third "informal" interview with my co-workers. If my co-workers didn't want to work with me, I would not have been hired.

3 people or 3 days? I have had 2 professional jobs. One was 5 interviews split between 2 different days. The other was a phone interview followed by interviews with 5 people on one day (had to be flown in, so no chance to do over multiple days).

Yes, even when I worked at Best Buy they told me I'd have three and they hired me on the second so I didn't need the third. For my current job I only had one.
