garlic- for everything. If I am cooking there is probably garlic in it
    onion- see above
cumin- anything that isn't from a specific region. ie I don't put it in Mediterranean or Italian ect
vinegar- I LOVE vinegar. It is an awesome meat tenderizer and just give a nice tang
sriracha- there is almost nothing that this doesn't taste good on.

Thyme and Sage are honorable mentions!

    Top 5 sweet spices
    Cinnamon
    Ground Cloves
    Ground Nutmeg
    Ground Cardamom
    Ground Allspice

    Note:
I prefer my garlic and onion fresh, but do use the powders when in a hurry or in some recipes.

    Celery Salt
    Garlic
    Lemon Pepper
    Italian Seasoning
    Janes Krazy Mixed Up Salt

We cook most things with garlic and celery salt in place of salt and pepper. If I use just salt, I go with Janes because it has a lot of other spices in it for added flavor.

I love coriander, cumin, vanilla, cinnamon, paprika and red chile flakes.

Herbs I can't live without are fresh oregano, basil, rosemary, lemon thyme and chives!

I'm always herbing and spicing everything so I use little to no salt since I'll float away like a hot air balloon! LOL

Cinnamon -- on porridge, on my lattes, in baking of anything remotely sweet.
Paprika - In anything meant to be spicy or red. I love it on chips/baked potato, or when doing tacos
Gehaktkruider - it is a dutch seasoning, basically with nutmeg and coriander seeds and a lot of other bits and bobs. I use it on pretty much anything meant to be meaty to enhance.
Chinese five spice - for my onion soup. Yep, you heard me right.
Nutmeg: for cauliflower soup and hot drinks!

    Smoked paprika

I freakin love this stuff. It adds depth to everything I make. I rub down a chicken with smoked paprika, salt and olive oil, and roast it low and slow. Smoky, simple and amazing. I put it on popcorn, in soups, even in my salad dressing.

    Fresh thyme and basil

I have a little pot of herbs, and put shopped fresh herbs in everything I make. I especially love the thyme on carrots and zucchini. Basil just chopped in my salads, put on sandwiches, and of course in all my italian dishes.

    Oregano (usually use dried)

Sage (turkey meatballs with sage, YUM)

    Red pepper flakes

    Lemon zest

Not sure if you mean individual spices or blends, but here goes

    individual:
Black pepper (in grinder) goes in just about everything
    Garlic powder--again most things
Any kind of hot pepper--I dried some Tobago peppers that I grew and they are yummy

I love seasoning blends from Penzeys.com
Tuscan seasoning--anything I want to have an Italian flavor
Adobo seasoning--anything I want to have a Mexican/chili type flavor
