    My plan is to buy a package of each brand of turkey bacon. Then I'm going to remove one or two pieces from each package, prepare them two different ways (microwave and on the foreman grill) and do an official taste test. I don't eat pork, so if I want bacon, turkey is the only real option. I think we buy Oscar Mayer most of the time because it's just the only one my local store carries. It's similar texture to fried bologna and not really a good substitute for bacon, but on BLT night, it's good enough. Good luck on your hunt. If I ever get around to doing my taste test, maybe I'll remember to post my results.
