30 day weight loss challenge 17th sept 2012

Options
RULES

1) workout 4-6 days a week

2) EAT CLEAN( no sugar added or other, no sugary drinks....you know the rest)

3) Portion control (eat 1300-1500kcal)

4) weight training 3 days a week

5) Exercise for a 25-30 mins

6) Sleep!!!!

7) Check in here EVERYDAY to say how your doing

8) preferably no cheat meals but if you cant stick with that, 1 cheat meal a WEEK.

hopefully i can lose the last stone with this!!!

    cant eat anything 3 hours before bed!!!
    just checking in today to start!! weigh 153.8lbs yesterday. hoping to lose 2lbs by sunday!!!

    started really well today!!! 1000kcal at the gym with moderate cardio! just kept going.....was quite nice. eating was really good but theres loads of room for improvement! hopefully still on course for those 2lbs!!!! weigh in is SATURDAY.
    off to bed! bring on tomorrow!!!

    I would like to join this group - started watching my eating yesterday...but I am new at this... posting on message boards. Since I joined in August, I have gained 7 pounds instead of losing, so I like the "rules" you have set. I need to lose 18 pounds to get to my goal weight. Any help for motivation would be appreciated!

    i will TRY!!! Do I need to do anything besides reply? I am not sure about how everything works in this program. Please let me know.

    I weigh on Thursday's and trying to stay 1000 cal a day. Walk 3 miles 7 days a week. And plan on starting doing a Wii workout 3 times a week (haven't started that yet - suppose to start today (Wednesday - Sept. 19).

    Once again please let me know what else I am suppose to do in keeping up with your game plan. I am going to send you a friend request with this posting.

    I'm in too. I hope I'm able to navigate on these message boards - my first time! I started back today...I've been feeling like crap. I've decided to "eat clean"...no carbs or junk food and I'll only be drinking water (and milk once in awhile). I need to bend over and not feel chubby! LOL and I just want to feel good :-)

    Im in even though I am a couple days short. Weighed in this morning at 207, planning 20 minutes cardio M-F arm weights daily. Hoping to add some more weights soon but need to get set to this routine for now.
    Goal 205 for Monday Morning!
