  • I'm in and didn't even know it!!!!!!!! Starting weight on 9/16 282lbs :laugh: so far this week lost 2. My profile picture needs to be updated...I was 310 in my profile picture. Just did Turbo Fire 55 EZ class...kicked butt!

    Im in...my starting weight is 166 and my goal weight is 125!
    Today has been a good eating day and I also ran/walked 3 miles. I will do a workout video tonight before bed.
  • I'm happy, happy, happy.......I'm only .6 lbs away from losing 10 lbs. I know it sounds like such a small number, but its a great accomplishment for me. It's the jump start that I needed to keep me motivated. I cant wait to see my progress at the end of this 30 day challenge.....wish me luck!!!

    Have you tried bodyrock.tv? their workouts are only 12 mins long and very intense and effective. also fitness blender is another good exercise site. with foods, you can google healthy CLEAN recipes and find some. there are tonnes. if you're struggling a bit, pm me and i can send you some ideas!
  • Today was girl day out of the office. We went to Olive Garden....I checked the website to see what fit my calorie intake. Minestrone Soup (1 bowl) and Salad dry the first time around and with dressing the second time around ugh! I left feeling more hungry than I would if I had had my meal replacement with almond silk milk after a mid-afternoon workout! I can't stand it, so I did a workout when I got home. AHHHHHHH!     missed my workout day 5!!! so gutted, just bad timing and really busy but eating wasnt bad(could have been better)
    bring on today!!! super busy! soooo many chores but WILL FIND TIME TO WORKOUT AND EAT CLEAN!!!!

    my goal weight is 125lbs too!!!! we can do this!!!!!
    i'm hoping to be late 130s by the time this challenge is over then start it over again to get to 125lbs!!!
    will add you as a friend so we can motivate each other.
    ps- i started from 210lbs and now under 155lbs .

    Apologies for no replies!
    So I'd like to lose about 8 pounds. I've been stuck around this weight for the past 9 months!
    I've just returned from a 2 month holiday...lots of eating out but luckily not too much weight gain. My fitness suffered a little though. Since coming back 2 weeks ago, I've been back to the gym. Today was my 9th day boxing/kickboxing out of 14 days. Body hurt so bad last week, this week I'm feeling really good!
    Interested in reading about your fitness and food stories! Good luck everyone!

    shocking day yesterday!
    was exhausted and ate my body weight in food!! we still have 26 days to make a difference so need to keep going!
    hope to shock my body in the next 26 days and re calibrate.
    so this is my menu for the next 26 days
    breakfast- weight loss vegetable juice
    lunch- apple and yoghurt with bluberries
    supper- one portion of protein and vegetables.
    if need be, will add 20 g of pbutter to my lunch and an extra portion of protein at supper
    Exercise stays the same!

    finished today in a good way!!!
    i'm soooo freaking proud of myself!!!
    if everyday this week was like today!!! well........i'll be one super fit, super healthy and super happy girl!!!

    today was tough!!!
    but i powered through!!!!! so yay!!!
    have decided to give up dairy aswell so that would be quite hard! i have lost 2lbs already so very happy!!!
    bring on tomorrow!!
  • Did good over the weekend! I stayed within my range for extra calories alloted for the whole weekend. As of today lost 6lbs! I have 20lbs more to go for my year end goal of 30lbs. I'm hoping this will be enough for me present my husband a special Christmas gift....my wedding band, so he can put it on my finger one last time.:love::heart: :love: :heart:
