    My Goal IS 3950.
    So far I achieved this:
    Mon: 378 - strength training
    Tue: 729 - Karate
    Wed: 403 - strength training
    Thu: 895 - 3 hours Karate
    Fri: 384 + 510 = 894 - 47min strength training + 2h karate
    Sat: 551 - 2h karate
    Sun: 478 - 1h strength Training including 29min warmup / cool down cardio
    Total 4328
    To go -378

    I got knocked with a bad cold so have been mostly resting this week, so definitely didn't make goal. I'll be picking up again next week with a lower goal to get back into it. Join me, won't you? :happy:

    Mon: 830 calories burned (6.8 miles treadmill)
    Tues: 480 calories burned (4 miles treadmill)
    Wed: 480 calories burned (4 miles treadmill)
    Thur: 240 calories burned (2 miles treadmill)
    Fri: 1270 calories burned (10.4 miles treadmill)
    Sat: 0 calories burned
    Sun: 500 calories burned (4.1 miles treadmill)

    Tues: 943 – 32 min run, 20 min walk, 20 min indoor cricket
    Wed: 406 – 25 min touch football
    Thur: 1204 – 40 min walk, 12 min run, 40 min indoor netball
    Fri: 860 – 47 minute run
    Sat: 154 – 20 minute walk

    I didn't make it. I had a massive weekend though sailing - hence not much exercise, but I didn't log the sailing.
