    every morning...helps me be accountable
  • I weigh in first thing of a morning, wear the same thing, or close to it......and every other or every two days....can't seem to wait longer than that 3 day mark

Please do what ever floats your boat:)
^This. Obviously some of us don't like weighing daily (because it "makes us crazy" or "obsessed with the numbers") but others like it to help them stay on track. No way is the ONE TRUE WAY. It's what works for you.

I weigh every day and write it down but only do the "official" weigh-in weekly. The daily helps me see the overall trend that might not be obvious on the weekly (especially if one week it's the wrong TOM or I'm retaining water for some other reason).

Once a week works for me, not sure I could cope with the daily fluctuations

hiya, i weigh myself every mon, wed and fri before i go swimming because my scales are rubbish and the onse at the leisure centre are ace. if i had them a home, id weigh every day just to keep an eye on things. just do whats best for you. theres no point stressing if you dont need to :)

While I officially weigh myself once a week, I hop on the scale almost every day now that things have gone well.

I don't want to be a slave to the scale. How I look and feel, neck and waist measurements and the four medical levels (BP, Blood Sugar, Triglycerides and cholesterol) matter a whole bunch more to me.
  • I used to weigh myself everyday after waking up, but the changes on the scale made me go crazy so I changed it to weighing myself every Sunday morning only. So once a week.

I weigh in a few times in the week, but I record my weight every Thursday. Pretty much a linear slope of about 3lbs/wk.

I weigh in daily to see what kind of foods/sleep patterns/exercise routines/etc. impact my fluctuations and in what way, but I only log it in on a weekly basis
