Resting heart rate?

    Resting heart rate can be taken at two different positions with different results...so the results on this thread can vary if you dont state which position you were in.

    For example: I'm 32

    (5 minutes HRM test Program)
    LAYING DOWN: My resting rate is 38
    STANDING UP: My resting rate is 63
