Do any of you ladies do yoga? I have been trying it out on my wii fit and I think it'll be a GREAT way for my to strengthen my core muscles and I could get up extra early a few days to do it before I go to work. I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience/good results with it. It was actually a lot harder than I expected......or maybe my muscles are just a lot weaker than I thought?!?! :laugh:
I'm not going to exercise today (although I've got a lot of housework to do so I'm sure I'll burn a good bit of calories zipping around here). I'm slowly working myself into this challenge and don't want to burn myself out and get discouraged and end up falling off with it! Good luck to all of you for today!0 -

Katie L., I haven't been doing yoga lately, but I've done it before, and it is awesome. It is definitely challenging, so don't feel bad if you're not good at it. It works you in a way nothing else does, which is why it's so good. P90X has a yoga workout that's more than 90 minutes long. It's a killer! I think I'll commit to doing another round of X once I get down to my "goal' of 145. I put that in quotation marks because I'm probably going to go for 135 now that I'm getting pretty close.0

Katie L - I've gone to a few yoga classes and I have the Yoga Booty Ballet workout DVD's. YES - yoga will definiately work your core and it is much harder than it appears!0

I know I'm a loser! lol..took the weekend off! so are we counting workouts? or days we worked out? like i went this morning and did cardio, but if I go back tonight to do strengh training, is that another one?0 -
The challenge was to work out 22 days during the month, but I'm open to interpreting that loosely if everybody else is.0

Kim - In my mind a workout is a workout, so if you wanna get "technical" I guess you got 2! Talk about motivation, I didn't really wanna work out today once and you did it twice! You're truly an inspiration!0
