Katie L - I've gone to a few yoga classes and I have the Yoga Booty Ballet workout DVD's. YES - yoga will definiately work your core and it is much harder than it appears!0

I know I'm a loser! lol..took the weekend off! so are we counting workouts? or days we worked out? like i went this morning and did cardio, but if I go back tonight to do strengh training, is that another one?0 -
The challenge was to work out 22 days during the month, but I'm open to interpreting that loosely if everybody else is.0

Kim - In my mind a workout is a workout, so if you wanna get "technical" I guess you got 2! Talk about motivation, I didn't really wanna work out today once and you did it twice! You're truly an inspiration!0 -
