The goal itself is a significant reward. But good question, as I haven’t thought about it much aside from simply buying new clothes that fit the healthier me.

I think I will finally get a tattoo as a tribute to my cousin I lost who was more of a brother to me. I need to take the time to create and draw it up, as I’m highly opposed to pointing at something on the wall.

I think I will take the trip to Thailand I have always wanted to take and while I’m there, have some very nice suits tailored as you can get some incredible suits for a fraction of what you would pay in the U.S.

Being able to go shirtless at pool parties, on boats, when tubing down the river and not be the guy with the big gut since most of my friends are attractive & fit. That will be a huge personal reward. The good thing is, they are very supportive and aren’t hung up on looks. They have healthy personalities as well as bodies!

Having a lady that can’t keep her hands off me because she has the hots for my body will definitely be rewarding. When I was younger and trim, I remember back when the ladies had the roaming hands and loved to grab all over and give me compliments. I miss those. It’s already nice that some of my lady friends are grabbing my arm when we are walking and like to hold my biceps. Kind, encouraging flirtation is a great motivator!

Pinup girl photo shoot for my husband :)

That's a great idea, I hope he appreciates it as much as some of us might. Pinups are a weakness of mine, personally, as I'm a big gear head, rockabilly, country boy, that loves tats, cars, and all that other machismo stuff.

When I lose 50 lbs, I'm going clothes shopping. When I lose my first 100 lbs, I'm getting season tickets to the Boardwalk in Santa Cruz, because I'll finally be able to ride all the coasters with my kids (something that has been breaking my heart to be absent from these last few years). When I lose the last 80, though, we're going really big and saving up for a trip to Disneyworld, to make up for the vacation we spent when I was at my highest weight, dragging my whole family down as I kept struggling to keep up with them. Maybe also fit in a day trip to the Harry Potter theme park there, too, since I didn't even bother going there last time after all the stuff I heard about 200+ people not being able to ride anything there. (and I'm a semi-rabid Potter fan) After that - I'll just be revelling in the freedom of an unlimited life.

New clothes probably don't count because they will be a necessity. :-/ If I can afford to, I'd love to get a back tat of a phoenix. If we somehow are suddenly rich, then diamonds, it is!

Bikini for the first time since I was 2.
Pictures, LOTS and LOTS of pictures of me, to make up for the lack of them that exist now.
an adventure vacation, perhaps ziplining in south america?
Tattoos on my ribs dedicated to my grandparents
    Clothes
maybe get my belly pierced (someone on here said 41 might be too old? My boss is 43 and she looks fabulous with hers)
    lingerie
happiness, sheer, complete, exhausting happiness! My weight has been my crutch and my excuse and my shell for so long. It'll be amazing to see what it's like to live as a skinny person. I have never had a flat tummy but by golly I WILL!

    My reward: Complete confidence!
I'm already pretty confident, but this will be the icing on the cake, so to speak.

Surface piercings on my collar bones & a back tattoo.

I actually plan on doing my collar bones again too. I may even re-pierce my cleavage for the full package!

Oh! How badly do the collar bones hurt? I've heard mixed reviews...
