I love the show - cant get enough of it.... I did have an issue with the "Zombie in the well" episode - "we have to get him out so he doesnt infect the water" - really? wasnt he already dead and falling apart in the well anyways? oh well - it was a cool episode and I did find it funny overall. At times I dont think the zombies should run as fast as they do either - not very dead like!!!0

Carl is going to have to get bumped off. Its simply a matter of timelines.. the show is running on a week to week timeline but Carl being a young kid is going to age leaps and bounds every season. Thats the same reason they knocked Walt off of Lost.. his growth didnt match the shows timeline.0

They're on a farm and I'm disappointed that they haven't used the big corn harvesting combine to mow down a zombie herd. Attract them to a field with some cows as bait... maybe set off some flares so that they congregate for a few hours... Then mow them down. Seriously, it's what Shane would do if he was in charge... except he would've used Otis instead of a cow.
Does it make me crazy that i would pay to see this?0 -

Very good point. And realistically, there would be no way a kid that stubborn and stupid would survive in a world full of zombies.
Speaking of "world"- have they ever addressed that Australia or any other country might be a safe haven? I mean, zombies can't swim, can they? And on that point, why don't they get to the coast, get a boat, and find themselves a nice self sustaining island with no zombies?!0 -

I hope Lori and Carl both get eaten I dont know how much more I can take of those two - I'm super excited and getting ready to re-watch seasons, but I'm not thrilled about being annoyed by them again.
Yes they use WAY to much Ammo they definately need more bows...I dont know why Daryl isnt in charge already.0 -

What they need is to score an M-60 or an M249 and do a bunch of damage in a short time.0 -

I like the show but the million episodes to find the lost girl was .... to much, but I saw from the writer (of comic and show) that this is a world where there are no zombie movies or books so they are unprepared.
Why is no one watching Carl is all I could say the last season. I hope it gets a lot better.0 -
XD THIS!!!
Oh my good god its so true!!0 -
I cannot take credit for these but man are they so true and hilarious!!

so I watched it, too ) mainly because of all the 'zombie fast food' jokes and pictures here in MFP. was interesting at first, and slightly less depressing than '28 days later' (last i've watched on the subject before this one).
but was really struggling finishing season 2... I'm the gulliblest of gullible as long as the show sticks with its own basic assumptions, but these guys really have to make up their minds on some things - like, are the walkers as terribly sensitive to living flesh as in the episode of S1 where alive guys had to smear some dead guts all over to be able to get past them - or as aloof as in the whole S2 it seems - where anyone can get past them with the head to the side and pulling one leg along?
and then of course the episode with the well - I was like WTF on so many occasions - ok, so the thing is in the well but did not spoil the water... yet? oh really? then of course the live bait HAS to be human - that, too, on the farm, with chicken and livestock around, not to mention the crow that is heard in the background to this very discussion? and the rope of course - with all the huffing and puffing of people hanging on it, outside the well it's mostly sagging, hardly ever straight at all, and now that's just sloppy work, and it ruins the credibility for me. which is sad.
story-wise, it's just one thing that's killing me - the living do not seem to. learn. anything. I mean, the walkers' cortex is dead, but you'd think the living would put their minds and observations and experiences together and build some kind of a knowledge base, to teach newbies and the young, and find ways to quickly disarm walkers' crowds cause it's the only thing hard to cope with, but no, they just keep shooting and running out of ammo. pfft.
otherwise, I can live with annoying and whiny characters and stupid twists in the plot as it comes with the genre )) but little details like the rope can really kill the fun for me (so here's the answer to the previously asked "why bother *****ing about a show you don't like..." because I so did, at first! )))0
