    i am just completely amazed by your success! your transformation....is just simply incredible! i am at a loss of words! you have proven that hard work and dedication pay off. you have also shown that weight loss is a life style change, not just something that happens over night. you look amazing and you should be so proud of yourself! i can imagine your wife is just ecstatic that she gets to keep you in her life a little longer now :) hurray for you and your health!!
