Lost about 43 lbs in 11 months, and then started maintaining.
Gained about 6 this year, and currently working my way back down!
Overall, pretty stable though.

Don't know my record consecutive but I'm at around 60 days right now. Lost 35# and 6% bf my first 6 months on MFP. Took a 6 month break from regular exercise and calorie logging, gained back 20# and 4% bf, then lost 6# and 3% bf in the last 4 months. Maintaining and trying to drop 4% more bf.0
