I just started 29 days ago. I've been SO GOOD, but have only lost 3 pounds. Can get very discouraging sometimes, so I must keep reminding myself that I wasn't able to ride 5 miles on the bike in under 25 minutes 29 days ago (and still be able to walk the next day), couldn't wear the size pants I'm now wearing 29 days ago, couldn't see the first bit of muscle ANYWHERE 29 days ago, didn't care what I was feeding my body until 29 days ago, would have never believed I wake up EVERY DAY before 6 a.m. to get a workout in 29 days ago... I can do it, I can do it, I can do it...0

Have been on MFP since April 22 and logged my food every day. There was a week in July when I was on vacation and didn't log in, but I kept notes on everything I ate and logged it all when I got home. I've lost 60 lbs since starting MFP and am looking to drop at least another 25.0

Not sure about days, it's been over forty by now, and I'm down 15 pounds. I joined at 264 pounds. I was at 269 one week before that, which made me decide I had to do something. Too close to my all-time high of 290. Eons ago.0

Should be 25 days and I have lost 3lb which is what I set out to lose. Losing slowly and steadily is my aim. Very happy with the results so far. More importantly, I have dramatically improved my fitness levels and that is what really matters to me.
