The following are some links are from some websites I like to frequent. Sift through the and see what articles pertain to you (your goals) and read through them. Not everything will work for you, gather ideas from multiple places and make your own routine if you need help I am always available and have many people that can let you know I'm a good source of motivation and information.
As always, you will only get out what you put in. Just like what you shove in your face, you will look like a cupcake if that's what you eat, albeit you work it off at the gym its not what your body needs. Try eating lean to look lean, simple logic and undeniable! Stay motivated.
I will add more over time. If you have questions or input lets hear it.

Stuck on a plateau that you cant break? Back hurts a lot doing cardio or weights? Work on your core. Ive found after stretching doing 3-4 core exercises a day helps me
with a lot of things. Change them up from day to day, do your 10-20 min of cardio then hit the weights hard! Here is a good basic information article on things you need to start.

This is an awesome post. I copied everything (almost) to my favorites. I have been trying to get my cardio and lifting in at the same time and there are some good tips for that here. Thank you! I will consider a lot of this during my kettlebell/handweight workout tomorrow.0

Plus I think a lot of women think that if they do anything relating to "strength training" they will gain. I know this isnt' true. The more strength training I do, the less I weigh. It is so important to be strong. Thanks for reminding all of us.0

Well sure you may gain weight! That's just fine, better to be lean and strong than thin and loose.
Women get scared to lift heavy..mainly because they don't want to get bulky like a dude. Well you won't it's not in your genetic make up. Don't be afraid to put on lean muscle! Once you get to the tone/size you want, all you have to do is maintain. Don't add more weight!boooty bump!
