I went for a run on a new route and wasn't paying much attention to how long I was out and ended up going farther than usual and did not feel like I was going to die at the end of it.
Also, realizing I need to invest in some belts because ALL of my work pants are too big now :bigsmile:0 -
I held a plank for 2 1/2 minutes this morning! And that was after pushing myself through a longer run than I've done before. Yay me! :drinker:

Ill add to my first post now by saying deadlifting over 300 for my workset. Still not a huge amount of weight for deadlifts, but hey, it's over 300 lbs!0

Took my Polar FT7 to work today to see how active I really am on an average day at a car dealership's service department.
Even after subtracting my BMR from the total, I'm still burning 2,500+ calories in my 8 hr shift.
Looks like I need to start eating a hell of a lot more on workdays.0 -

I usually hit 9 1/2 best.0 -
At 26 weeks pregnant, I can still do more regular pushups than my husband.
(Sssshhhhhh, don't tell him I told y'all that. :laugh: )
But I know if he did them as consistently as I do, he'd soon surpass me.0 -

I rode my regular trail route (mountain biking) fighting a 20 mile wind this evening and still maintained my 14+ mph pace for an hour.
Also, I got a baby and puppy to quit crying/whining...they looked like they had been slapped ;-)0 -
Did 60 minutes of P90x Shoulders & Arms, 20 minutes of Abs Ripper X, and 80 minutes on my elliptical (interval resistance). Calorie burn: a whopping 1,435.
Yep...I'm a beast...been over 1,000 calories burned every day this week. I'm a badazz AND a beast! lol

My friend signed up at my gym, and I can use more weight and do more push-ups than him!

I went for a short run today after work (I do my larger/longer workouts in the morning) and usually I'm slower when I do my quick run cause it's short but I had a 12.35 minute mile today...felt pretty damn good! If it wasn't getting dark, I would have kept going0
