Since I'm working, It's bento day. i have chunks of chicken breast, baby carrots, cucumber slices, cheese cubes, Trisuit crackers, and some bacon ranch dip0

I made a sandwich out of a small, left over grilled chicken breast from Monday night's dinner. Put it on a whole wheat bun and topped it with grilled mushrooms and onions and a little reduced fat cheese and a small apple on the side.0

Smoked mackrel, brown rice, mixed green veg & chopped garlic! Lush :-)0

I had 1/2c black beans with 1tbs of cream cheese, lime juice and 2tbs of salsa. That was YUMO first time I put it together but not the last.
And sandwhich; 2 slices of ezekial bread, spicy mustard, roasted red peppers (in water), relish, and Jalapeno chick sausage.
All in all totally yum, lower in fat (minus Cream cheese or use a less fat one would be better, I used regular its all that was in the fridge) and delish.0 -

I had a wrap with humous, felafel, shredded lettuce and tomato salsa. SO GOOD!0

I had a small garden salad, chopped steak, and zucchini and squash sauteed together.0

Soup . . . cuz I'm not all creative and *kitten*. Opening a can and dumping it in a bowl is about all the excitement I can handle in the middle of my work day.0

I had a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat sub roll. I put a pickle and lettuce on it. It was low in calories and very feeling!0

Rotini pasta, broccoli, bacon, grape tomatoes, Parmesan and a little olive oil..Delicious! I'd imagine it's good cold too. I'll probably have it again tomorrow0

A salad from Trader Joe's: Roasted Butternut Squash, Red Quinoa and Wheatberry Salad. It is delicious and a good combo of whole grains, veggies, protein and fat.0

I had chicken wrap with spinach and green onions. I also had a pear and a side of beans. Delish!0

I effed it up big time. McDonalds 10 piece nuggets, fries and the real winner...a DIET COKE.

It's grain/pasta day in my class. So full of carbs it's ridiculous (not that I have anything against them... but a nice piece of steak would be fantastic about now.)0 -
I had tuna wrapped in a spinach wrap with some crackers and my protein shake.
It was actually pretty satisfying.
