My list is pretty much the same every week.... A variety of fresh veggies and fruit (makes up the bulk of my list), Extra Lean Ground Turkey, Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Almond Milk, All Natural Peanut Butter, Brown Rice, Low Sodium Chicken Broth, Egg Whites/Egg Beaters, Whole Eggs, 45 calorie whole grain bread or sandwich rounds, and tomato sauce usually lol. Oh and Salmon, Tilapia, or Halibut!0

berries (various kinds depending on what looks good at the time)
other fruits in season
salad/lettuce
other veggies to eat raw (carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, yellow bell peppers) depending on what looks good
sweet potatoes
other veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, beets, green beans, squash, eggplant)
mushrooms
onions
garlic
lean meats (chicken breasts, grass-fed ground beef, boneless pork chops) depending on what's a reasonable price
a few canned items such as tomatoes and tomato sauce and various beans, all with reduced or no sodium added
tuna (low sodium Tongol or Albacore)
coffee
various teas and herbal teas
100% whole wheat bread
steel cut oats
natural peanut butter
PB2 (powdered peanut butter)
turbinado sugar
Anything else on my list would depend on specific dinners I had planned or if I was going to do some baking. Oh, and the occasional uncured (nitrate-free) bacon (pork) or sausage (pork or chicken) for a weekend breakfast.0 -
