I eat back almost ALL of my exercise calories!!

I guess it depends on what your goals are. If you're trying to lose wait, I wouldn't eat the calories back. You're given a calorie limit for a day, and even though MFP gives you back calories for you exercise, the whole point of exercising is to burn calories. If you're trying to maintain a weight, than eat them. You won't turn out any worse if you eat them.
The whole point of exercise is to become healthier. MFP already gives you the necessary calorie deficit to lose your desired amount per week before you do one lick of exercise. Eating the exercise calories maintains that deficit. Too large of a deficit doesn't mean larger weight loss.0 -
It just seems like most of the people *NOT ALL* who eat their exercise calories, at least some of them, are the people who's pics make me go, "DAYUM!" So, I try to eat at least some, if not all of mine. It doesn't always work though. I won't stuff myself.0
