What will you do once you've met your goal weight that you don't do now?

Me: Go to the beach...without my shirt.

Well it's a matter of a few nitpicky pounds. But I WILL be the most fit stunning bride ever!

  • I'm not sure, maybe I'm a completely different person under all this fat. But I'll definitely be living more.

I don't see my goals ever being met...there is always the potential to get bigger, faster, stronger.

    This is awesome.

I may get a dragon tattoo on my rib cage.

My goal weight is only the beginning... I want to train in wing chun, start indoor rock climbing, get back into the saddle horseriding
I have a lot of goals to acheive once I attain my goal weight and a half decent fitness level

Nothing. Because everything I'm doing now is what is getting me to my goals.

But I will be a bit faster, and a bit stronger when I get there.

I should maybe think of one way to celebrate though.

Cool idea. Thought about getting one myself or maybe a piercing. Not sure.

    Start putting weight on.

If I can resist eating lots straight away (hopefully MFP will help), will slowly change -1000 calories to +250 calories, while doing lots of resistance work.
When I get to 20lb up again, will assess how much muscle vs fat I've put on and possibly repeat.

I probably will find something else I am not happy about and set goals to fix/change whatever it is.

    This

Yep. The only thing that's different is I can eat just a little bit more now.
