I have plans for a roller coaster vacation because I will not have to be ashamed of not fitting in the seats anymore.

    Start putting weight on.

If I can resist eating lots straight away (hopefully MFP will help), will slowly change -1000 calories to +250 calories, while doing lots of resistance work.
When I get to 20lb up again, will assess how much muscle vs fat I've put on and possibly repeat.

I probably will find something else I am not happy about and set goals to fix/change whatever it is.

    I hope! :)

    YES you will.
Actually that's a funny statement paired with my profile picture. :)

Yep. The only thing that's different is I can eat just a little bit more now.

Lots that I haven't allowed myself to do over the years. Go on thrill rides at a fair, go horseback riding, But most importantly go back to my hometown and show my co-workers I did with Diet and exercise.
