i did notice a change there, i didn't make any measurements though
and i'd have grown 3 inches, which I assure you is not the case0 -
i wish i'm 310lbs then work on losing it down to 150lbs0

I just had to read this when I saw it. lol0

Just measured...nope still two hands full, guess it's not true haha0

I'm currently looking for someone to let me know if it has had an effect on me. Any takers? (only women need apply)0

Most responses are acurate in that the skin around it shrinks and makes it look bigger, however I've noticed that with a healthier lifestyle, I've gained about an inch of girth - I attribute that to better blood flow.0

hmmm i wonder why the original poster was so curious about this... lol you guys should send her pics for proof before and afters lmao0

Well you don't actually gain anything, but it looks like you did, since your gut isn't sticking out, allows your gear to to take front stage and stick out (lol). Just imagine yourself standing in front of a really fat guy, you look skinnier to an observer than if you stood in front of a really skinny guy.0

Well, it hasn't shrunk in all the 15 years it took me to gain 50 lbs, so I'm guessing it won't grow as I lose them. However, I am looking forward to the day I look down and see that instead of my belly.0

so an illusion just like losing fat around any other muscle making it look bigger!0 -
Well seeing as how a guys lil soldier is made of mostly muscle, nerves and blood vessels, it is highly unlikely that any change for better or worse is taking place but its damn nice to dream about...uuuuumm, I mean for most guys...me, I dont need uumm, I mean....well what I mean is, I dont uummm, oh crap. hehe.
Just a heads up... its not 'mostly muscle'

I have read somewhere that when you lose weight, for every 30-35 lbs you lose, you gain an inch of... well I am sure all of you can fill in the blank. Has this been true for most of you?
I don't need to know specifics, I am just curious if this is true or not.
I also feel very embarrassed asking this :blushing:
Now that I thought about it, its the exact opposite. Generally I gain a handful of inches when I add on about 125lbs.0 -
It’s true that’s why I gained weight in the first place because it was just too big. Now I’m happy with my size and decided to lose weight and look for women with thick ankles.0
