    Thanks so much for all the lovely comments :) Yes it has taken me over 6 years....and while there were times that annoyed me I think looking back now its been helpful to me. Zigzagging is where I have a average calorie range but I have low and high calorie days. I have been doing this for most of my weight loss and just seems to work really well for my body. I based it on a website a friend recommended to me years ago http://www.stormpc.com/ww/wendie_plan.htm which is based on the weight watchers plan but I just applied it to calories. As for did i have hard times....yes definitely. I had a plateau which lasted for 7 months at one point, and am finding the last 20-25 pounds a struggle to lose but I will get there :)
