    How long did it take? The results are fantastic. Kudos to you! Everyone struggling with weight loss should see you as a role model. No excuses honesty and sticking to it, I am convinced that is essential, and what is missing for so many.

    Thank you for the post. I figure I needed to lose about 150 pounds. I've lost 63 pounds so far since Sept 12th. I am just like you. No gimmicks. No trainers.
